An **MEP Quantity Surveyor** plays a key role in balancing project costs with quality, ensuring that MEP systems are installed efficiently and within the client’s budget.

**Cost Estimation & Budgeting**
- Preparing cost estimates for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) during project planning stages.
- Creating budgets for MEP works based on designs and technical drawings.

**Tendering & Procurement**
- Assisting in preparing tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities for MEP works.
- Reviewing tenders from contractors and suppliers for MEP packages.
- Evaluating bids and making recommendations for awarding contracts.

**Cost Control & Monitoring**
- Monitoring and managing project costs to ensure they stay within the approved budget.
- Regularly tracking project expenditures, verifying progress claims from contractors, and preparing payment certificates.

**Contract Administration**
- Managing contractual relationships between the client and MEP contractors.
- Reviewing and negotiating variations, change orders, and claims related to MEP systems.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and resolving any disputes that arise.

**Cost Reporting**
- Preparing regular cost reports for the client and project stakeholders, including projections of final project costs.
- Highlighting areas where savings can be made or potential issues that could lead to increased costs.

**Risk & Value Management**
- Identifying risks associated with MEP systems and developing strategies to minimize them.
- Carrying out value engineering to find more cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality or functionality.

**Collaboration with Project Team**
- Working closely with the project manager, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and coordination on MEP-related matters.
- Providing advice on cost-effective solutions and materials for MEP installations.

**NOTE**:

- **Salary will be based through experience & during interview**

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
