Sales Lady Cashier

**Customer Service**:

- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming presence on the sales floor.
- Assisting customers in finding the products they need.
- Answering questions about products and their features.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Processing purchases efficiently and accurately at the checkout counter.
- Handling returns and exchanges in a courteous and professional manner.

**Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Contributing to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upselling and cross-selling products to increase customer purchases.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the store's products and their uses.
- Staying updated on current promotions and special offers.

**Store Maintenance and Operations**:

- Keeping the sales floor clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Assisting with receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Possibly helping with cash control procedures (depending on the store).

**Additional Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and a knack for handling difficult customer situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jebel Ali Freezone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
