EHS Officer

**Communication**: Act as a liaison between management and employees on health and safety matters, fostering a culture of open communication.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and inspections, and prepare reports for management.

**Safety Audits**: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.

**Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.

**Incident Investigation**: Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

**Training and Education**: Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees to raise awareness about health and safety practices.

**Policy Development**: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and best practices.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify potential hazards in the workplace and conduct regular risk assessments to evaluate safety procedures and practices.

**Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first aid training.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
