- **Installation**: Install new wooden components and fixtures as needed, such as shelving units, countertops, molding, trim, and decorative features, to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.
- **Maintenance Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of carpentry elements to identify issues, assess their severity, and determine the appropriate course of action for repair or replacement.
- **Material Selection**: Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for carpentry projects based on specifications, budget constraints, and quality standards to ensure optimal outcomes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing carpentry tasks, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to plan and execute carpentry projects effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and maximum client satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of carpentry work, including project plans, progress reports, material inventories, and maintenance logs, to track activities and facilitate future maintenance efforts.
- **Customer Service**: Interact professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues to address their carpentry-related needs, respond promptly to service requests, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

**Salary**: AED1,200.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
