**Description**:

- Previous experience in Law firm and knowledge of all UAE Federal laws and court procedures and reviewing legal materials.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures and all UAE court systems (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Federal courts).
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters and drafting memorandums and briefing documents.
- Initiating and managing case proceeding in court systems from beginning to end.
- Submitting requests to initiate or remove travel bans, arrest warrants, property seizures, blocks on bank accounts and trade license and more.
- Carrying out execution procedures within the court system.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field within the UAE.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective knowledge of case management principles.
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Drivers License and personal car preferable.

**Language skills**:

- Arabic (requirement)
- English (requirement)

**Attendance**:

- Must be present in the office during working hours.
