**Responsibilities**:
**Hairstyling**: Perform haircuts, blowouts, and various hairstyles, including updos, braids, curls, and straightening, according to the clients' preferences and specific occasions.

**Hair Care**: Assess the condition of clients' hair and scalp, recommend appropriate hair care treatments, and conduct hair and scalp treatments like conditioning, deep conditioning, and oil massages.

**Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair goals, discuss suitable haircuts, styles, and colors based on their hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest hair care products, tools, and techniques and recommend the right products for clients to maintain their hairstyles between salon visits.

**Client Relationships**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and understanding their preferences for future appointments.

**Sanitation and Hygiene**: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards while handling hair care equipment, tools, and products to maintain a clean and safe environment.

**Upselling**: Recommend additional hair services or products to clients based on their needs to enhance their overall salon experience and revenue generation.

**Continued Learning**: Pursue ongoing professional development and attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and care.

**Teamwork**: Collaborate with other salon staff, such as makeup artists, estheticians, and nail technicians, to provide comprehensive beauty services to clients.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal cosmetology program or hair styling certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Artist.
- Proficient in a wide range of hairstyling techniques, haircuts, and hair coloring.
- Strong understanding of hair care products, equipment, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide personalized hair care advice.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail in hairstyling.
- Knowledge of current beauty and hair industry trends.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
