**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a robust compliance framework aligned with regulatory
- requirements and business objectives.
- Continuously update compliance frameworks to meet new regulatory demands and
- support business expansion.
- Identify and assess regulatory risks associated with new products, services, and
- operational changes.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance.
- Draft and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to support
- organizational goals.
- Ensure all departments adhere to established compliance standards.
- Advise the CEO and Executive team on regulatory risks, updates, and compliance
- developments.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and external partners.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance employee understanding
- and adherence.
- Foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Oversee compliance assessments for vendors and ensure alignment with organizational
- compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Lead efforts during regulatory examinations and inquiries.

**Desired Background**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in compliance roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, especially in blockchain and fintech industries.
- Experience in managing compliance audits and regulatory examinations.
- Proficiency in using compliance tools such as Chainalysis, SumSub, or similar platforms.

- Policy Development and Implementation: Skilled in drafting clear, actionable policies and ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with regulatory authorities, executive teams, and other stakeholders.
- Vendor Compliance Management: Proven experience in assessing and managing vendor compliance to align with organizational standards.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex regulatory data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
