**Job Description**:
The **Graduate Project Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in pre-contract project delivery supporting **Civil & Infrastructure** projects following predictive project management methodologies and be trained to carry out the following:

- Day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in the delivery of projects
- Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Engineering Team
- Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and status reports
- Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Defining the program governance (controls)
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing the program’s budget
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Managing stakeholders’ communication
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager
- Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management from an accredited University
- Must have graduated within the last 12 months or graduating no later than Sept 2023
- Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
- Must be available to start by October 2023
- If you hold a Master’s Degree, you must have started it within 12 months of completing the Bachelor’s Degree in order to have continuous education
