We’re looking for a Service Team Leader - HVAC for Abu Dhabi, who will be focusing on the delivery of planned maintenance programs to ensure reliable and safe asset operation. You will coordinate and undertake a range of maintenance activities within defined operating procedures and, also conduct safety inspections and comply with Aggreko's safety regulations. You will provide first level technical advice to customers and may resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems.

What you’ll do:

- Lead a team of Temperature Control Technicians (10+)
- Take Ownership of our HVAC Fleet in the UAE
- Support resourcing of Depots/Projects/Operations
- Initiate/ Assigns Service & Repair Plans
- Provide Technical Support as required.
- Run TC Centre of Excellence (Meeting assigned KPIs)
- Meet pre-determined Service & Ops KPIs

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

- 3-5 years Supervisory/Lead Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/HNC/HND or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate a strong HVAC background (Chillers/AC/AHU/Cooling tower)
- Experience in Oil Free Air (OFA) units and Boilers advantageous.
- Strong Team Player
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Takes Ownership/Accountability.
