**Job Summary**:
The Car Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing the receipt and initial inspection of vehicles arriving from the port. This role includes managing the transportation of vehicles to the dealership, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Car Storekeeper will work closely with the logistics team, sales department, and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Receiving**:

- Coordinate and manage the receipt of vehicles arriving from the port.
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival for any damage, discrepancies, or issues and document findings.
- Ensure that all vehicles are accurately documented and matched with the corresponding purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Manage the offloading process, ensuring that vehicles are handled safely and stored appropriately upon arrival.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Arrange for the transportation of vehicles from the port to the dealership or storage facilities.
- Liaise with transport companies, ensuring that vehicles are delivered in a timely and secure manner.
- Monitor and track vehicle shipments from the port to the dealership, updating the inventory system accordingly.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles received from the port, including VINs, models, colors, and any special features.
- Update the dealership's inventory management system with details of received vehicles.
- Conduct periodic audits of the vehicle inventory to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all required documentation for received vehicles is completed and filed according to dealership policies.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements related to vehicle receiving and storage.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for customs clearance or other regulatory processes.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect vehicles for any shipping or transit damage, and coordinate repairs or adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure vehicles meet the dealership's quality standards before they are released for sale or further processing.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the sales, logistics, and service departments to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery or showroom display.
- Communicate any issues or delays in vehicle receipt to relevant departments.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle inventory and availability to the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in logistics, inventory management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in vehicle receiving, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and vehicle handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to inspect, move, and manage vehicles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
