We are looking for experienced warehouse incharge for our daily operations;
**Function**:The position of Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receives material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly.
- Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all district facilities upon schedule and /or request. Make emergency deliveries if needed.Insure accuracy of completed request form.
- Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs for Materials
- Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list.
- Prepares a receiving report if none is available.
- Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies.
- Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of exiting materials as it expires or deteriorates.
- To accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
- Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away list.
- Work closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.
- Attaches identifying tag or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
- Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers
- Preparation of all shipping documentation.
- Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.
- Supervise the cleaning of the warehouse and include develop cleaning schedule.
- Perform other duties assigned by Department
- Safely and accurately cut designated lengths of wire. Address maintenance issues of wire cutting tools and machinery. Be able to accurately identify various types and sizes of wire. If required
- Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.
- Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area.
- To accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list.

**Competencies**:

- Graduate of any relevant course
- 3 years experience of Warehouse Management.
- Strong Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and writing in English communication.
- Ability to manage an inventory system. Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices
- Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
- Ability to comprehend procedures.
- Ability to provide leadership.
- Ability to assign and direct the work of employees.
- With background of quality issues such as HACCP.
- Exposure in Food & Beverage Industry is highly required
- Can prepare job cost estimate.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
