Metal Fabrication Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of metal fabricators to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and precision
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Understand and manage manpower allocation to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Train and mentor team members (when necessary) to ensure consistency and quality of work
- Get hands-on with fabricators to explain how to complete tasks correctly and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with a strong understanding of all sectors of the industry, including interior decoration items, metal cladding, custom metal ceilings, exhibition works, mezzanine floors, many more.
- Proven ability to manage a team and multiple projects at the same time
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes and procedures to team members
- A focus on quality and precision in all work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Expertise in fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of all types of metalwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
