**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general office administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, if required.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and receive proper identification badges.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between various departments and external contacts.
- Relay messages and information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
