**Qualification Requirements**

Education Level:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Years of experience:
Two years previous experience is required.

Language skills:
English spoken and written

Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Computer skills:
Microsoft Office, knowledge in Dynamics and ERP is a differential

**Job Functions**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, insurance plans, and retirement benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and mentor HR staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.

**Working Conditions**

**Working Days**:
06 days a week.

**WORKING HOURS**:
48 hours per week. Timings flexible according to work requirements.

**Overtime**:
Maybe required by department head

**Performance Review and Training**
- Performance review will be performed annually. Review will be performed by direct manager.
- Training will be offered to enhance knowledge and improve skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
