As a Draftsman in a Fit-Out and Interior company, your primary responsibility is to create detailed technical drawings and plans that serve as a blueprint for the execution of interior design and fit-out projects. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into precise and accurate construction documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Design**:Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Transform conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings for construction and fit-out projects.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and specifications.

**Space Planning**:Assist in space planning and layout design to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design and drafting activities.

**Material Specifications**:Work closely with project managers to incorporate material specifications and details into drawings.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in fit-out and interior design.

**Coordination**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Address design-related queries and provide support during the construction phase.

**Quality Control**:Conduct regular reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
Assist in the identification and resolution of design conflicts or issues.

**Documentation**:Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Keep accurate records of all project-related communications and design changes.

**Client Interaction**:Participate in client meetings to present and discuss design drawings.
Incorporate client feedback and ensure client satisfaction with the proposed designs.

**Deadline Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
Communicate progress and potential challenges to the project manager in a timely manner.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the fit-out and interior design industry is preferred for a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS
