We are an Event Management Company based in Dubai and we are looking for a Bookings and Onsite Supervisor to fulfill the job responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for achieving allocated sales targets, processing bookings, vendor research as well as onsite operations at our markets and events from start to finish ensuring all vendors and suppliers are following processes and procedures.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**- **Recruit and maintain high quality Market Members and partnerships within each market ensuring maximum Member capacity at all markets.
- Support with the Markets booking process and implementing processes and procedures to ensure a smooth running of the markets.
- Rectifying cancellations and changes of bookings ensuring all policies are followed.
- Manage a seamless bookings and recruitment process for any additional events that the company is involved with
- Work with the Events Marketing Manager to keep Team Members and partners up to date with all events and news about our event including marketing collateral.
- Co-ordinating with the Operations team to ensure a smooth set up and arrival process for Members and partners.
- Completing call sheets and administration in the allocated time.
- Ensuring all measures are taken to meet monthly sales goals.
- Provide feedback of member requirements to the team where applicable
- Manage the welcome desk at any company events
- Ensuring sales targets of Member bookings and partnerships are maximized and reached
- Ensuring payments are collected and targets for this are reached and that clear policies and procedures are implemented for collection of payments within the team
- Build strong relationships with all market members and partners.
- Ensure a good member and partnership mix at the markets ensuring high quality make up the majority.
- Send out Member packs for each market
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that key messages are delivered, and all market participants have the marketing tool kit to promote the event
- Support the Head of Events with sponsorship by tracking down key contacts and capturing these in a database
- Share all information to markets team after each market and event, including improvements and challenges and operational improvements regarding Members
- Ensure responses are given in a timely manner to all market related enquiries from market participants.
- Ensure processes are implemented to ensure a seamless set up, activation and launch of each Markets with the team
- Manage and monitor any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain the Market database by collating and building customer details

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication skills, Passionate team player, A positive and professional attitude
- The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment,
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Well organized and ability to work independently.
- Proactive and the ability to multi-task
- UAE Driving License and Car
- Working Hours - 6 days a week with varying working hours depending on schedule.
- Weekend work is a must.
