**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of tile masons, providing guidance, instruction, and support as needed.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure proper planning and scheduling of tile installation activities.
- Procure materials, tools, and equipment necessary for tile installation projects, ensuring availability and suitability for the task at hand.
- **Tile Installation**:

- Oversee all aspects of tile installation, including surface preparation, layout, cutting, setting, and grouting.
- Ensure that tile installations meet industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, maintaining quality and integrity of workmanship.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of completed tile installations to verify quality, craftsmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from specifications, taking corrective action as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing tile installation practices and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in tile installation, with at least [Y] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in a wide range of tile installation techniques, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and mosaic.
- Ability to operate tile cutting tools, saws, and other equipment safely and effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications in tile installation or construction management are desirable.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or education in tile installation or construction-related fields is a plus.
