- Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to prepare for potential project challenges.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to ensure project continuity.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all planning activities comply with industry best practices, company standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of project schedules to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that construction activities meet the required standards.
- **Stakeholder Management & Reporting**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project planning matters, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, including progress, risks, and forecasts, to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

**Preferences and Conditions**

**Requirement**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 20-25 years of experience, with a focus on villa development projects in the UAE and Expert knowledge of project planning and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. UAE driving License is mandatory.
