Position: CHAT SUPPORT
Company: Gold Dragon Trading (under the management of China Center Dubai Digital Park (CCDDP)
Nature of Business: Digital Marketing, deals with digital currencies to associate with investors
Work Location: Silicon Oasis Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: 07:30am - 07:30pm
Flexible break-time total of 1 hour 30 minutes.
Paid Trial Period: 7 Days ( paid )
Probation days: 90 Days
Day Off per Month: 2 Days (you can set your own off max of 2 days/mo.)
**15 days paid OFF every after 6 months. ( flight ticket not included )
**Must have at least 30 days valid visa remaining

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Experience in: telemarketer/sales representative, Offline /online sales with 2 yrs min. experience (preferred)

Total Salary: 3,375 AED to 3,800 AED
Basic salary: 2,500 AED
+ 500 AED food allowance
+800 AED for visit visa holder allowance or 375 for employment visa holder ( WE DON'T PROVIDE VISA - WE ONLY GIVE VISA ALLOWANCES )
+ Free accommodation
+ Free Transportation accommodation -office, office -accommodation
+ Daily on the spot commission / incentives for every clients and investors joined according to the amount of investment they put up.

NOTE: YOU HAVE CHANCE TO BE IN SALES AND MARKETING POSITION SALARY TOTAL : 4,375- 4,800 AED ++++ after trial period in Chat support.

KEY POINTS：
**Have relevant experience in sales (offline & online).
**Who have worked before in online sales and marketing.
**Handling customers complaints and queries.
**Able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate to the field.
**Comfortable with interacting all sorts of customers.
**Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service.
*Typing speed 30 WPS and above.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company. to another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
- Answer questions about the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Update customer information in the database
- see to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.
*Strong and professional convincing skills.
*Excellent English communication and interpersonal.

**Salary**: AED3,375.00 - AED3,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
