About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team as a Property Inspector. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to conduct comprehensive inspections of various properties (residential & commercial) in accordance with the International Valuer Standards (IVS) guidelines. A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct site visits to assigned properties for inspection purposes.

Perform thorough visual inspections of the building exterior, interior, adhering to IVS regulations.

Identify and document all relevant property details, including:
Building size and layout (built and non-built areas with accurate measurements)

Damage areas with descriptions and justifications

Under construction areas with clear notations

Non-accessible areas with descriptions and justifications for non-access

Nearby amenities and facilities

Capture high-quality photographs of the property exterior, interior, street to support the inspection report.

Utilize measuring appropriate tools to accurately record building dimensions.

Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly document all findings and observations, following IVS reporting standards.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding inspection results.

Maintain a strong understanding of UAE building codes and construction standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field, with some experience in property inspections (a plus).

Experience in property surveys for valuation purposes (a strong plus).

Working knowledge of the International Valuer Standards (IVS) guidelines for property inspections.

Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driver's license.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
