Job Title: Marketing Officer (Recruitment - Outdoor Client Sourcing)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Officer (Recruitment - Outdoor Client Sourcing) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract clients for our recruitment services. This role specifically focuses on sourcing clients through outdoor activities and direct engagement. The Marketing Officer will actively identify and approach potential clients, build relationships, and promote our recruitment solutions. This position requires a proactive and outgoing individual with strong communication and networking skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Sourcing and Relationship Building:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the target industries and locations.
- Actively source and approach clients through outdoor activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, and client visits.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and HR personnel in client organizations.
- Communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services and address client needs and concerns.

2. Marketing Campaigns and Branding:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting potential clients, with a focus on outdoor advertising, direct mail, and targeted outreach activities.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to showcase our expertise and track record in recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

3. Client Acquisition and Account Management:

- Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve business development targets.
- Coordinate and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure recruitment projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding and project execution.

4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, talent demands, and competitive landscape in the recruitment industry.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research and competitive analysis.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Track and analyze marketing campaigns' performance and client acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on client sourcing activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve client acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably with a focus on client acquisition or business development in the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients.
- Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage with potential clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and marketing software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outdoor client sourcing activities.
