We are seeking a skilled bilingual receptionist fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Manage appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Own or Sponsored visa will be preferable.
- Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
