Position: Female Sales Agent

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
As a Female Sales Agent at WELLCARE Technical Services, your main duties will revolve around generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and managing customer relationships. Your role will involve:
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels to generate leads.

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Presenting our range of technical services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns or questions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote WELLCARE Technical Services and expand our client network.

**Requirements**:
Gender: Female (in adherence to local cultural norms and to diversify our workforce).

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in the technical services industry is a plus.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

Adaptability: Strong adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
