**a. Knowledge Areas**
- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Hands on experience in
- Incident trouble shooting
- Identify RCA
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Work flow maintenance and Configuration.
- Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage

**b. Skill Areas**

Technical/ Functional
- Functional knowledge on Eximbills / Trade Finance products viz. (Import LC, Export LC, Collection, Guarantees)
- Java debugging knowledge.
- Very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
- Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like TIBCO/Open API/ Micro Services.
- Hands on experience in Unix commands
- Good knowledge of reporting tools viz. Cognos, MSBI/ Power BI is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
