**Key Responsibilities**
- **Shopify Development & Customization**: Design, develop, and enhance e-commerce websites on Shopify to create seamless, engaging user experiences.
- **Theme Customization**: Customize Shopify themes with a keen eye for detail, using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **UX Design**: Conduct user research and design effective user journeys that make online shopping easy and intuitive.
- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing layouts, from typography to color schemes, ensuring each design element aligns with brand standards.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyze site performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize conversion rates and user retention.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive brand message and seamless user experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience with Shopify Development**: 2+ years of experience working on Shopify stores, with a strong command of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **UX/UI Design Skills**: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and a portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Understanding of CRO & Analytics**: Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other data tools to make informed design decisions.
- **Responsive & Mobile Design**: Ability to create designs that look and work flawlessly across all devices.
- **Excellent Communication**: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain design decisions clearly and effectively.
- **Project Management Skills**: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- **Experience with Shopify Apps**: Knowledge of popular Shopify apps and plugins, with a knack for selecting the right tools to optimize the user experience.
- **E-commerce Background**: Experience designing e-commerce sites with a focus on enhancing the customer journey and driving sales is a plus.
