**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate lease agreements and facilitate a smooth leasing process.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Emirati national with a valid UAE passport.
- Bachelor or High school diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Confident and driven, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
