**Location**: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

**Responsibilities**:
**Crop Management**: Plan, organize, and oversee the cultivation of various crops ensuring optimal yield and quality.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of skilled farm workers, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.

**Resource Management**: Efficiently manage farm resources, including machinery, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity.

**Crop Rotation and Planning**: Implement effective crop rotation strategies and develop seasonal planting plans to optimize soil health.

**Pest and Disease Management**: Monitor and implement pest and disease control measures to safeguard crop health.

**Budgeting and Reporting**: Develop and manage budgets, as well as provide regular reports on farm performance to stakeholders.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, and farm equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of agricultural regulations and sustainability practices.
