Casthouse Homogenization

**Designation**: Casthouse Homogenization & Saw Operator.

**Qualification**:Minimum Matriculation

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years experience in Cast House Aluminium Sector

**Skill or Knowledge**: Communication skill in English and should have valid Forklift License.

**Location**: Abu Dhabi

**Job Purpose**: Operator with experience in all production sections, multiskilled and able to complete his tasks within deadlines according with production goals given from his shift leader

**Responsibilities**:

- To be able to work in UT, Homo and Saw Operation
- To be able to operate Forklift with valid license.
- Supporting in casting operation and liquid metal receiving
- Willing to work in all operations of cast house.
- To follow the team leaders’ instructions and meet the quality as per documented Procedures, under ISO 9001, IATF 16949; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 Management Systems
- Strictly following process flow routines and procedures established
- Ensure high level of teamwork spirit and collaboration in between shifts.
- To achieve the department's goals in terms of safety, Quality, and Quantity
- To maintain and ensure perfect housekeeping and 5S / 3S standards are maintained throughout the plant.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cast House Aluminium Sector: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Forklift License (preferred)
