We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Gelato Artisans. As a Gelato Artisan at Amorino, you will be responsible for creating our signature gelato and sorbet flavors, as well as crafting stunning gelato flowers and other artistic creations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every batch of gelato meets our high standards of quality and taste.
- Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of menu items including, gelatos crafting, crepes, waffles, pancakes, milkshakes, and other items according to our specific recipes and presentation standards.
- Food Safety: Keeping your work area clean and organized, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers enthusiastically, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with a smile. Positive Attitude
- Ingredient Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicate needs to the kitchen manager, and assist with receiving and organizing supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes served meet high-quality standards and contribute to menu improvement suggestions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as barista/sales assistance in F&B concepts, particularly in ice-cream brands, or brands focusing on breakfast and dessert items such as crepes, waffles, and pancakes.
- Experience working in F&B in UAE, with knowledge of local health regulations and culinary preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. -High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment.
