**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling and texturing, showcased through a portfolio that demonstrates a solid grasp of artistic fundamentals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software, including Maya or 3ds Max, as well as specialized tools like ZBrush and texturing software such as Substance Painter or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with game engines, particularly Unreal Engine 4/5, and a strong understanding of how to integrate assets seamlessly into the gaming environment.
- Knowledge of asset optimization challenges and techniques specific to real-time game engines, ensuring a smooth player experience.
- A keen eye for scale, form, weight, and volume in 3D space, enabling you to create visually captivating and immersive assets.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team-driven environment, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- A genuine passion for games and a deep desire to be an integral part of the creative game development process.
