Marketing Executive for The Waldorf Astoria Dubai

A Marketing Executive for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will work with the Director of Marketing & Communication to execute all marketing communications materials in accordance to Waldorf Astoria's visual style guidelines to ensure brand compliance and consistency.

**What will I be doing?**
- Able to work along with the DOM on different marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing.
- Solid skills to lead the social media campaigns and monitor the performance of any campaign.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Able to manage microsites and track data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network (Arabic language skills is a plus).
- Able to work through various projects.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys solid organization and planning skills.
- Think creatively and produce new ideas in creative concepts.
- Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it.
- Present finalized design concepts in a professional manner visually.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography, design, web design.
- Adapt existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent.
- Update of all collaterals in English and Arabic languages.
- Photography and image sourcing for new creative concepts.
- Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.
- Set up and maintain a well organised library for all image files.
- Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
- Assist in carrying out tasks of the department from start till the end including presentations, collaterals and other requirements of the job in hand.
- Respond to jobs and turn around the tasks in a timely manner ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle all internal photo shooting request, mainly for F&B, Conference & Events and special events for PR coverage.
- Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated and be able to fulfill demands with mínimal supervision.
- Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by the management.
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in various tasks as required.

A Marketing Executive serving Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
**Experience**
- Three years minimum in a marketing role.
- Travel, hospitality or luxury goods background preferred.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Previous experience in leading social media accounts.
- Excellent English skills in written and verbal.
- Dynamic and confident individual.
- Excellent time management and prioritising capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the production of high quality work.
- Creative approach.

**Education or Certification**
- Formal training in Marketing, a university degree or equivalent experience in that field.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management.
- Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution.
