**About the Role**:We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Representative preferably from Music store sales background to join our sales team in the showroom. Our services includes Musical instruments Sales & Services for our customers & clients. In this role the sales person will be responsible to represent our branch in line with sales & customer services. If you are a music lover with knowledge over instruments or do play any instruments yourself then this role is for you.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment includes greeting and maintain solid product knowledge and all other aspect of customer service.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and provide inputs to instruments display
- Should be able to demonstrate and set up musical instruments, accessories, speakers, amplifiers, DJ equipment.
- Grow customer awareness about the Melody House brands and services
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to walk-in customers and phone/online inquiries.
- Assist the sales team to maintain and keep the shop clean and organized
- Work with marketing team and share any valuable input.
- Assist with store inventory maintenance and store upkeep
- Assist the Luthier and the service team
- Attend product trainings and be part of any Melody House events
- Increase the overall revenue of the showroom
- Be able to work with a flexible schedule, attending weekly company meetings and trainings
- Able to work with minor supervision and be self sufficient

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** into Sales preferably from retail industry, shop, showroom etc.
- Good communication in English, alternative language knowledge will be an added benefit
- Arabic speaking skills is an added advantage but not limited to it.
- Good negotiation and up selling of product knowledge

**Education**: Any Graduate / Degree. Knowledge of musical instruments or play any instruments

**Benefits**: Salary + Sales attractive incentives + Employment Visa + Medical insurance

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
