We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven **leasing agent** to join our team in Dubai.

We welcome individuals with prior experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct market research and get new residential units for leasing and generate leads.**
- Liaise with tenants, obtain required documentation, and update the leasing system.
- Manage leads and maintain communication using a CRM system.
- Respond fast to leads and client inquiries.
- Assist Tenants in property viewing, signing contracts...Etc.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations
- Provide exceptional service to our valued landlords and tenants.

Qualifications:
Having a proven UAE leasing experience not less than 2 years
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with property showings, negotiations, and documentation processes.
Valid UAE driver's license and own car
Proficient written and spoken Arabic & English skills are essential for this role.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
