Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages and bar cocktails, alcohol drinks promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Ensure safety in food preparation, including sushi, basic dishes, and soups
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be willing to work under stress during rush hours

**Requirements**:

- Must Graduated from hospitality university.
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role in UAE.
- Strong skills in sushi preparation and basic cooking
- Proficiency in English with ILTES or similar exams with a results of 5 marks or higher.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for long shift of 10 hours and work 6 days / week.
