Key Responsibilities:

- Plant, Machinery, and Vehicle Management:

- Manage the procurement, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment and vehicles.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source spare parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment, machinery, and vehicles to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for the operation of equipment and vehicles.
- Logistics Management:

- Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment to and from project sites and facilities.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations and enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics personnel, including drivers, warehouse staff, and equipment operators.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and logistics procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
- Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures governing equipment operation, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and address safety concerns.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on equipment performance, vehicle utilization, logistics metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop recommendations for process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
