We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist and Chiropractor to join our dynamic team at Novelty Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' musculoskeletal health, including range of motion, strength, flexibility, and posture.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient, incorporating physiotherapy and chiropractic techniques.
- Administer hands-on therapies such as manual adjustments, spinal manipulations, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises to promote healing and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and self-care techniques to prevent injury recurrence and enhance overall wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to coordinate integrated care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy and chiropractic practices through continuing education, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of physiotherapy and chiropractic care.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist or Chiropractor in the designated jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and delivering hands-on treatments for musculoskeletal conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Empathetic demeanor and a commitment to providing patient-centered care with integrity and compassion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt interventions as needed.
- Detail-oriented approach with proficient documentation skills to maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to a positive team culture focused on excellence in patient care.
