**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - OIL AND GAS. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients. A Business Development Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that a business unit - a particular segment of a company, is meeting the objective, goals, and targets of the company that contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.They will also be responsible for conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the oil and gas industry
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BSc in Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer
- **UK or US Graduates Only.**:

Strategic thinking
- Proficient with office software such as MS office
- Min 2 years’ Experience in GCC with oil & Gas Industry.
- CAD CAM drawing
- Can work independently
- Prepare BOQ
- Familiarity with HSE Issues and Hazop.
- Previous Experience with Different Software (Primavera P6, CAD works etc.,)
- Tender Evaluation.
- U.A.E Driving License.
- Should be between 27 - 32 yrs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
(Standard of performance)
- Set sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products across the three business units
- Monitor, control, and review the company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within the scheduled time and budget
- Provide effective and efficient management to the organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
- Build effective relationships with the clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop plans for launching new products, and then their implementation
- Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
- Responsible for projects budget and cash flow
- Record all amendments made for projects
- Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
