HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement. Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players.

To date we have opened up our entertainment attractions - AYA - a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2,000 visitors a day and House of Hype Riyadh - a 55,000sq-ft at Riyadh Boulevard. We will open another House of Hype-a 100,000sq-ft at Dubai Mall in Q3 2024.

**What We’re Looking For**

Hyperspace is looking for a recent graduate or early-career designer passionate about responsive environments, immersive experiences, and interior design theming.

As a junior architect/interior designer, you’ll work with our design team on two types of projects:

- Concept and Schematic Design for new immersive experience parks all over the world. You’ll work with the design team to translate the AYA and House of Hype products to new sites and new markets. This includes space planning, finding creative ways to adapt existing immersive experiences to new sites, and ideating+developing new experiences. You will also help our team design new types of immersive experience parks beyond the AYA and House of Hype brands.
- Project delivery. You will learn about architectural project delivery and be trained to help our build/production teams with processes like shop-drawing markup, material submittal approval, mockup approval, on-site construction supervision, etc.

If you come with most of the following skills, you’ll be a great fit with our design team:

- A strong interest in immersive experiences, responsive environments, interior design, and interior theming.
- Rhino 3d modeling, as well as other modeling software for concept design (3ds Max, Blender, etc).
- CAD drafting.
- Beginner-level knowledge of the emerging immersive experience industry, art installations, etc.
- Beginner-level knowledge of architectural design and construction workflows.
- Basic knowledge of parametric modeling (ex Grasshopper, c#) is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of BIM modeling and Revit is a plus, but not required.
