**Job Description: Gym Coach**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Coach to join to join our team working for the ladies’ beach in Al Dhafra Area - Al Sila. As a Gym Coach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching and guidance to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive gym environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of our members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments: Perform initial fitness assessments to evaluate members' current fitness levels, identify their goals, and design personalized training programs tailored to their needs.
- Provide personalized coaching: Deliver high-quality coaching sessions and demonstrations on various exercises, equipment usage, and proper techniques to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury.
- Guide and motivate members: Offer ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to individuals and groups to maintain their commitment to fitness, overcome obstacles, and reach their desired fitness goals.
- Develop and implement training programs: Create customized workout plans based on members' goals, fitness levels, and preferences, incorporating a variety of exercises, equipment, and training methods to keep sessions engaging and effective.
- Monitor progress and track results: Regularly assess members' progress, track their performance, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and maintain their motivation.
- Educate on nutrition and healthy habits: Educate members on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle choices that complement their fitness goals, contributing to their overall well-being.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean gym environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing any maintenance or equipment issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Build strong relationships with members, offer exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update your knowledge of fitness industry trends, new training methods, and emerging research to enhance your coaching skills and provide innovative services to members.
- Assist with group classes and events: Support the gym's group fitness classes, workshops, and events by assisting instructors, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting member participation.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gym Coach, Personal Trainer, or related role.
- Hold relevant certifications such as Personal Training Certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) or a degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Kinesiology).
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and equipment usage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with and motivate members.
- Passionate about fitness and committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate various fitness levels and goals.
- Proficiency in assessing fitness levels and designing personalized workout plans.
- Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide basic guidance on healthy eating habits.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
