- Assist in the preparation of a variety of desserts, including cheesecakes, mousse cakes, honey cake, cookies, and brownies.
- Prepares/produces/bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes, in order to contribute the overall guest satisfaction.
- Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality and flavor
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Skilled in creating, preparing/producing and decorating pastries and cakes.
- Knife handling, pastry & baked goods knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
