Tyde Digital, a reputable digital transformation service provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast growing team.

As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and nurturing potential leads.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and foster relationships with prospective clients, introducing them to our transformative digital solutions, qualifying leads and ultimately supporting to convert them into valued customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching and identifying potential clients in the Energy Market.
- Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
- Understanding client needs and effectively communicating our digital transformation services.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication and CRM skills.
- Knowledge of the Energy / Oil & Gas market is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is essentially and strong telephone manor

**Benefits**

Salary 6,000 - 8,000 AED per month + commission
