As a Housekeeping cum Team Leader in a hotel apartment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of the hotel's accommodation facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising Housekeeping Staff: Overseeing the work of housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring they adhere to established standards and procedures.

2. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for new housekeeping staff, as well as ongoing training to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

3. Quality Control: Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with hygiene standards.

4. Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and placing orders as needed.

5. Guest Satisfaction: Addressing guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

6. Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Keeping accurate records of room inspections, maintenance requests, and inventory levels, and preparing reports for management as required.

8. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and participating in regular safety training sessions.

9. Leadership and Motivation: Providing leadership, guidance, and support to housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and recognizing and rewarding excellent performance.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the housekeeping department.

Overall, as a Housekeeping cum Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, while also contributing to the overall success of the hotel apartment.

**Experience**: Must have a hotel experience only

**Work hours**: 12Hrs including break and monthly 2 days off

**Allowances**: Room, Transportation and Gas.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
