Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage cafeteria staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and boost overall sales.
- Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies, kitchen equipment, and other necessary items, while maintaining strict budgetary controls.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Regularly assess menu offerings and make adjustments based on customer feedback, seasonal availability of ingredients, and current culinary trends.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively to maintain a positive reputation in the community.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the cafeteria through various channels, including social media, local events, and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in Ajman or the wider UAE region.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and certification in HACCP or similar food safety management system.
- Proficient in the use of POS systems and familiar with inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
