**Chief Technical Officer**
Job description - CTO **Position holder**:vacant

**Job Purpose**:
The CTO will lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. The CTO will be responsible for the technical direction of the company and for leading the development and implementation of new technologies to improve the company's products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role
- Experience in telehealth or healthcare technology is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of technology trends and developments
- Proven track record of delivering successful technology projects
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and mobile technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance and security regulations, such as HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR
- Experience in security and risk management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate and work in the Management Group as core member of the team
- Maintain and lead the Software team to run improvement projects, primarily within their area of each assets expertise
- On daily bases to operate and lead the business towards set goals
- To be responsible for their own processes
- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of new technologies to improve the company's products and services
- Manage the technical direction of the company and ensure that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure and systems
- Manage and lead the technology team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the company's technology is being used to its fullest potential
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in technology to ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, in the development and deployment of technology
- Develop and implement security measures to protect patient data and company information
- Monitor and maintain the security of the company's technology systems and infrastructure to detect and prevent any breaches

**Authorities**:

- Decision-making in the management team
- Ability to confirm purchases within given framework
- Time management within the area of responsibility
- Based on the above, obtain the necessary knowledge of the company's quality and environmental system and follow this according to the company's operating policy
- In case of deviation from the management systems, this must be immediately reported to

QA/EA or someone else in the management team so that immediate improvements can be made

**Salary**: From AED6,000.00 per month
