**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established hotel standards and procedures, including but not limited to:

- Making beds with fresh linens and ensuring they are properly fitted and arranged.
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and decor.
- Vacuuming carpets and/or mopping floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.

- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including shampooing carpets, washing walls and windows, and removing stains and marks.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, notifying the housekeeping supervisor or manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and ensuring the privacy and security of guests' personal belongings.
- Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, assisting with special projects or tasks as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction at all times, demonstrating a courteous and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items, properly documenting and storing items in accordance with hotel policies.
- Participate in training programs and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute ideas for improving departmental operations and guest experiences.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including storage areas, linen closets, and housekeeping carts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
- Professional appearance, reflecting the standards of a luxury hotel.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous.
