Are you an organized and detail-oriented **professional with experience in real estate** transactions and listing management in Abu Dhabi? We are seeking an experienced Listing Coordinator to join our team at Hyde Park in Abu Dhabi. As a Listing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of property listings and transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain property listings on various platforms.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of all necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments for clients and agents.
- Act as a central point of communication between agents, clients, and other involved parties, providing timely updates and information.
- Support the entire real estate transaction process, from listing to closing, to ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with our real estate agents to provide seamless service to our clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience as a Listing Coordinator is a MUST.**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
