Job Title: Operations Executive / Sales Coordinator (Accounting and Tax)

Preferably Female
Location: Dubai
The primary requirement is to assist sales and the internal team.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the sales team with preparing and submitting proposals to clients
- Scheduling and coordinating sales meetings with clients
- Maintaining and updating the sales database by following up on prospective leads and ensuring the accuracy of the information in CRM.
- Responding to existing customer inquiries and providing customer support as needed
- Contact existing customers for promotions and opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Assisting with preparing and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports to management
- Assisting with preparing and organizing marketing materials for sales events.
- Collaborating with other divisions to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or operations or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and tax principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM.

**Salary**: AED4000+ or based on the interview.
