Our Partner is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the UAE that specializes in providing high-quality Automation solutions to various Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Functions. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business-to-Business (B2B) Outdoor Sales Executive to join the team and help drive the growth in the region.

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth within the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Functions. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the manufacturing industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring win-win solutions for both parties.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry in the UAE.
- Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and a network of contacts within the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
