- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
