**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Camp Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and hygienic living environment for all occupants.
- Manage accommodation, catering, and housekeeping services to maintain high standards of living for personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Catering and Hospitality**:

- Supervise the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, ensuring quality, quantity, and hygiene standards are met.
- Plan and manage menus to meet dietary requirements and preferences of diverse groups.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to, including maintaining HACCP Level 4 compliance.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of catering, housekeeping, and support staff to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address issues, and provide training on new procedures or safety protocols.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including management, staff, and external vendors.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on camp activities, inventory, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide solutions for any operational issues that arise.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the camp is stocked with necessary materials and equipment.
- Oversee budget management and cost control for camp operations.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all operations are compliant with ADNOC standards and approved procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety, health, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Implement and monitor emergency response procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education and Certification**:

- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- HACCP Level 4 Certification is mandatory.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Proven experience in catering and hospitality, with a strong background in F&B management.
- Previous experience working with ADNOC and a good understanding of their standards and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with significant time spent in offshore or remote locations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with inventory management software and reporting tools.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi, with excellent reading, writing, and typing skills in all three languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
